Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer returns & exchange for International Orders.

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers.  

1. You can cancel your online order before it is packed.
2. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
3. If your order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund

You can cancel an order in an easy step:

1. Visit the Return & Cancellation link in the Biba.in website footer
2. Call us on our support Number 011-41169005
3. Email us on customercare@bibaindia.com

Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.

Refund policy

1. If you cancel your order before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after shipping.
3. No refunds are available for returns or exchanges on international orders.
