What does the term “grievance” mean? Any concern related to a product or service purchased through the BIBA platform, including orders, quality, returns, or payments, is considered a grievance. We ensure every concern is heard and resolved fairly.

How to raise a Grievance? If you have any query or concern, reach out to us through the "Contact Us" tab on our website. 

  • Visit “Contact Us” or go to https://www.biba.in/contact-us/
  • Our Customer Support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Select the relevant Issue Type / Help Topic that best describes your concern
  • Submit your query - our team will acknowledge it within 48 working hours

In the event of an unresolved query or complaint, customers may escalate the matter to the Grievance Officer for further assistance.

In case the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Customer Support team, the matter may be escalated to the Grievance Officer. The “Ticket ID” generated during the interaction with Customer Support must be shared while reaching out to the Grievance Officer.

Upon raising a grievance, a system-generated “Unique ID” will be shared via email within 48 hours for tracking the complaint status.

Every effort shall be made by the Customer Support team and the Grievance Officer to address and resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed under applicable laws. 

A grievance will be considered closed once the consumer has been informed of the resolution by Customer Support, the Grievance Officer, or any authorised representative of the website.
