1. These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Biba Fashion Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Biba”) and conducted by 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Promo Partner”) on the Biba products available across select stores and cities.

2. Biba may in its sole discretion discontinue, modify, or extend the Promotional Offer at any time.

3. Biba shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this Promotional Offer or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Promotional Offer for any reason.

4. Eligibility for assured reward under the Promotional Offer shall be on billing value of Rs. 6995/- or above bill value (inclusive of all taxes) of Biba apparels.

5. Invoice Validation Criteria: A computerized invoice with shop name, shop address, GSTN #, GST breakup, customer name & mobile number, product model number, billing value.

6. Registration Validation Criteria: Registration name and number should be same as mentioned on the computerized invoice.

7. In no event, Biba maximum liability shall exceed the value of the voucher. A maximum of 1 assured voucher will be issued as per customer/mobile number in campaign period.

8. Last date for registration will be 08th June 2025. Last Date for redemption will be 09th July 2025. Any entry for the Promotional Offer after 08th June 2025 shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary. The customer will be eligible for redemption 10 days after the date of delivery.

9. Promotion may vary across stores. Applicable in select outlets and in select cities for purchases between specific dates as mentioned above. This offer is not applicable for purchase through online websites or apps, only applicable in select offline stores.

10. Offer available while stocks last. Biba apparel can also be purchased without participating in the offer.

11. Employees of Biba and their families are not eligible to participate in the consumer offer.

12. The promo product in no circumstances can be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card.

13. Only residents in India, persons aged above 18 years and in possession of a valid Identity document (“ID”); are eligible for this offer. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable for customers in Tamil Nadu in view of the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

14. The scheme shall be subject to availability of vouchers and Biba/ Promo Partner shall not be responsible for any non-availability of the vouchers due to whatsoever reason.

15. The voucher is personal to the purchasing consumer and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

16. For the Movie Voucher offer, please refer to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

  1. Each couple movie ticket can have a maximum limit of Rs.800/- (including internet handling fees and taxes).
  2. In the offer the consumer is entitled to 2 Free Movie Tickets. Consumers can book any show between Monday to Thursday and before 12pm from Friday to Sunday.
  3. Once booked, Biba and Promo Partner cannot be held responsible for any show being cancelled by the theatre authorities for whatsoever reason.
  4. A customer will need to present their confirmation SMS / email with booking voucher code sent to them on their registered mobile number at time of availing tickets at the theatre.
  5. Biba and Promo Partner is not responsible for the quality of seats/ movie or any service discrepancies in the theatre.
  6. Failure to activate this movie voucher within the valid registration period will render the movie voucher invalid and unusable. In such a case this movie voucher will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.
  7. The movie voucher entitles the customer for only movie ticket and no other facilities in the theatre such as food and beverages.
  8. Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference. Show timings could vary +/- 2 hours.
  9. Tickets once issued cannot be changed/ amended. The movie vouchers are non-transferable, non-cashable.
  10. No claim or refund for cash for balance or unused balance voucher value will be accepted on this offer voucher.
  11. Direct presentation of movie voucher at the theatre will be treated as void. Customers will have to register and use a voucher on the campaign website.
  12. Activate your movie coupon code within 24 hours of receiving the SMS and start booking movie tickets, enter the coupon code on the microsite link received via SMS & email, fill in your name, mobile and email, select T&C.
  13. Once your coupon code is activated, book your movie ticket by sharing your preference like City, Movie, Theatre, Show Date and Time etc. and click on submit. On successful booking request, you will receive confirmation of Movie Tickets 24 hours before the show time over email & SMS.
  14. A customer is required to provide 2 cinema/theatre, date, movie preferences in case your 1st preference is not available, tickets would be booked for the 2nd preference.
  15. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
  16. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
  17. The beneficiary / holder of the Movie Voucher will receive detailed email about the movie voucher and validity on successful registration at the Campaign website.
  18. This offer is valid till the Movie Voucher lasts or the end date, whichever is earlier.
  19. The booking request needs to be made for a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 7 days prior to the show date/time.
  20. The voucher is valid for the silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier, gold class seats, recliner seats, Insignia seats, onyx diner seats, Kiddles, and other premium seats. Redemption is not valid for Special shows/public/national holidays, 3D, 4D & IMAX shows.
  21. Only 1 voucher can be used per household on the same mobile number, email ID, invoice no. and name.
  22. 4 MM, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged scratch cards and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any terms & conditions without prior notice.
  23. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign. However, such consumers may not receive any call or message from Promo Partner or Biba, in case their details are filtered out by Promo Partner due to their DND or Do not Call registry registration and in such case Promo Partner or Biba, shall not be liable or responsible for in any manner whatsoever.
  24. By participating in this Offer, the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein without any exception whatsoever.

17. Staycation Voucher Terms and Conditions:

  1. Winners for Staycation voucher will receive Congratulation SMS with link to fill in KYC details to claim winning prize.
  2. Post successful KYC verification, winner will receive staycation vouchers worth Rs. 50,000/- via SMS on the mobile number shared by the customer while sharing KYC and validation details.
  3. Biba/ Promo Partner at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish any or all the following documents:

1. PAN Card, Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License, or similar government ID within 5 days from being declared as the winner.

2. Eligibility will be scrutinized by the Promo Partner, and they will contact the winner once documents furnished are scrutinized and found to be acceptable.

3. In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Biba / Promo Partner reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding. Staycation voucher cannot be returned/ exchanged. Gifts will be delivered to the participant within 21 working days depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays an SMS notification will be sent.

4. To the extent permitted by law, Biba/Promo Partner makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of premium tab. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.

18. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes will be addressed under the sole jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

19. The platform for the Promotion may contain links to other websites (Linked Sites). Biba does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites. Any Linked Sites displayed on the platform are for the Participant’s convenience only and the Participant agrees to access, use, and otherwise deal with Linked Sites at their own risk.

20. Acceptance of the Terms: The mere participation in the Promotion implies the total and unrestricted acceptance and knowledge of these Terms, as well as the decisions that Biba may subsequently adopt in relation to any point or issue not foreseen in the same. Participants that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Biba. If a Participant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, the Participant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Biba. Biba reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Participants (including a Participant identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant. Failure by Biba to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

21. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.

22. If this Promotional Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Biba, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Biba through Promo Partner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotional Offer, as appropriate.

23. If for any reason this Promotional Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Promo Partner and/or Biba which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotional Offer, Promo Partner and/or Biba reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotional Offer. 

24. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage Promo Partner’s ’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotional Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Promo Partner reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Promo Partner suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify Promo Partner for those losses, damages, and costs.

25. Promo Partner and Biba are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotional Offer or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotional Offer.

26. Promo Partner and Biba will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, voucher codes etc. beyond the Promotional Offer.

27. Promo Partner, its agents and distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates of Promo Partner ”) and Biba, its agents, affiliates and distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates of Biba”) accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Promo Partner’s assured vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this Promotional Offer.

28. Biba does not assume any responsibility or liability with respect to operational and/or technical aspects of this Promotional Offer, merchantability and quality of the assured vouchers or the services provided by Promo Partner. Any dispute regarding defective, deficient, or unsatisfactory redemption of the assured voucher, or the services of Promo Partner and/or voucher must be addressed directly with Promo Partner as may be applicable.  Any complaints or queries pertaining to the Promotional Offer would have to be taken up directly with the Promo Partner.

29. Promo Partner, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged voucher codes and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

30. The assured voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Promotional Offer period and the Participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Promotional Offer period. In case of any conflict between terms and conditions printed on the voucher and the website, terms and conditions published on website shall prevail. Neither Biba nor Promo Partner will be liable for any delay in actual redemption after the Promotional Offer period. No Unique Code will be issued in the event of the original Unique Code being stolen/ lost by the Participant.

31. If the Participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign.

32. Entry to the Promotional Offer is void in States where the Offer is prohibited/not allowed. By participating in this Promotional Offer, the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein without any exception whatsoever.

33. Biba, Promo partner shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Assured Voucher. The holder of the Assured Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Assured Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.

34. By participating in the Promotional Offer, the Participant agrees to allow Biba / Promo Partner to contact the Participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the Participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Biba / Promo Partner may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.

35. The Participant may, at the request of Biba participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Biba for using their name and image in promotional material. Such Participant agrees and consents to Biba to cover the aforesaid promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

36. The decision of Biba or Promo Partner, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

37. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Biba and Promo Partner. From the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

How to register:

Step I: Purchase and Coupon:

  • Customer shops for Rs. 6995 and above in a single bill, net bill value. Customer receives a unique code with the link via SMS.

Step II: Campaign Registration:

  • To participate, the customer visits the campaign microsite: https://bibamothersday.theofferclub.in/. 
  • On the microsite, the customer must fill out details like Unique Code (as received via SMS), Name, Mobile number (with OTP verification), Email ID, City, Upload Invoice copy and submit.

Step III: Invoice Validation:

  • Promo Partner team validates the customer's invoice. Once approved, the customer receives an SMS with a link and a code to redeem their Movie Voucher.

Step 1V: Booking of tickets

  • The customer choses his movie preference and uses the code to book the tickets
  • He gets a confirmation over the email and SMS 24 hours prior to the date of scheduled movie show
